Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week. Orders are not processed on major holidays.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Please make sure to enter your exact billing information: first and last names, middle initial, billing address, credit card number and expiration date. All American Express users must insert the 4-digit code on the front of your credit card; your order will not be processed without it.
Sales Tax
All Illinois residents are required to pay 9% sales tax on all She Complete purchases.

UPS Ground is our standard service. For faster shipping, you can chose
UPS 2nd Day Air. For International shipping, please email
us for rates, or call: 773-832-1501.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days of
the delivery date for a credit card refund or She Complete exchange.
When returning or exchanging items, please include the original packing
slip, noting the product to be returned/exchanged and listing any items
that should be sent in return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund
shipping and handling costs. We will refund your credit card for any
item that is received damaged.
Gift Wrapping
We want to make sending a gift as easy as possible. You may have your order wrapped in lavender tissue, a white box, and topped with a purple ribbon at no additional charge. Please note what you would like wrapped in the "Gift Message" area during checkout. Also, feel free to include a personalized note to the gift’s recipient in the same message area.
Gift Certificates & Promotional Codes
She Complete gift certificates & promotional codes are redeemed during the ordering process before checkout. Simply insert your code information in the box labeled “Coupon”. Your gift certificate or discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout, and will be reflected in your order summary.

the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not
be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the “shopping bag” link in the page header.

By shopping at SheComplete.com, you supply us with various information about yourself, such as: a billing address, phone number, shipping address, credit card information and other contact information. This information will be used by She Complete only; we do not sell, license or give your information to anyone. We encourage you to sign-up for our mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other She Complete related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
